1. Pilot participation

This is a closed pilot. Access is by invitation only. Features may change or be unavailable during the pilot period. By using Compound you agree to provide feedback to help improve the product.

2. Data we collect

We collect your email address, profile information (date of birth, sex, height, weight, body fat %, training preferences, sleep quality, stress level, injuries), all workout sessions you log (exercises, weights, sets, reps, timestamps), personal records, body weight history, training programme, goals, and badges. This is health-related personal data and is treated with care.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used to provide and personalise the app, and for product improvement during the pilot. We do not sell your data to third parties. When you use AI features, your profile and training history are sent to Anthropic's Claude API (keyed to an anonymous user ID — your email is never shared with Anthropic).

4. Third-party services

We use Supabase (database and auth), DigitalOcean (server hosting), Anthropic/Claude (AI features), and Resend (email delivery). Each processes your data only as described above.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your data at any time. Use the in-app Export function (Programme → Backup) to download all your data. Contact varoonpogo@gmail.com or +60 11-2820 8793 to exercise any data right. Requests are fulfilled within 14 days.

6. Health & AI disclaimer

Compound is a fitness tracking tool, not a medical service. AI-generated programmes and coaching are not a substitute for qualified professional advice. Always consult a professional before starting a new programme, especially if you have health conditions or injuries.

7. Security note (pilot)

During this pilot the app is served over HTTP. Authentication and database operations use HTTPS via Supabase. We recommend using the app on a trusted private network. This will be resolved before public release.

8. Acceptable use

You must be 18 or older. Do not share credentials or attempt to access other users' data.

9. Changes

We will notify you by email at least 7 days before any material changes to these terms.
